Bustinber’s Sandwich panel for roofing proportions the ideal insulation for the construction industry. The product is made up of extruded polystyrene between the two exterior panels, which simultaneously provide support, insulation and a finished surface.

It is easy to install thanks to its low weight, minimising installation time and manual labour. It directly acts as the base of the roofing tiles, in addition to providing effective thermal insulation, as well as optimising various other factors like waterproofing, safety, durability, ventilation and mechanical strength over a longe life.

Composition:

Exterior panel: Sheets of various thickness of agglomerate or waterproof MDF, three-layered plywood or phenolic pressboard.

Core: Rigid extruded polystyrene foam (XPS), used in construction applications due to its excellent thermal insulating properties (thermal conductivity of 0,028) and M1. Thickness: 40, 50 and 60 mm.

Interior panel: Surface of varnished, stained or natural spruce, three-layered sheets of spruce or larch, phenolic veneer, pressboard or moisture-proof MDF or fire-resistant in various thickness.
